Following current government and Cycling UK advice on restrictions on movement and socialising, this event is regretfully cancelled. The first ride of the Welwyn Garden City Centenary Year. All this year's rides will start or finish in WGC. Meet at Campus West Welwyn Garden City at 10:45 for an 11:00 start. POSTPONED - NEW DATE TO BE ARRANGED Meet at Campus West, Welwyn Garden City, at 10:45am for an 11:00 departure. A new circular route developed by WelHatCycling which follows as closely as possible the WGC Centenary Walk around the town. The total distance is approximately 15 miles. Group ride

A family friendly ride to the Wheathampstead Village Day with its carnival parade and fun fair. Please arrive at Campus West, Welwyn Garden City, at 10:45 for an 11:00 departure. We will ride via Sherrardspark Wood and the Ayot Greenway to Wheathampstead for lunch enabling you to find a place to view the carnival floats and then make you own way to the Marfold Field for the fun fair. Find out more »Ebenezer Howard Ride: Letchworth to Welwyn Garden City
Celebrating the WGC Centenary by riding between the two garden cities. We start with a train journey to Letchworth station (times to be confirmed), the actual ride departing at around 11:00am. Largely following the Great North Way, we will stop for lunch in Old Stevenage and then continue on to Welwyn Garden City via Old Knebworth. Distance is approximately 17 miles.

Find out more »Great North Way ride; Hadley Wood to Welwyn Garden City
The final ride of our WGC centenary season. We take the train to Hadley Wood (time to be confirmed) starting our ride at approximately 11:00 from Hadley Wood station. We then follow the Great North Way (national cycle route 12) north via South Mimms, Welham Green, Old Hatfield and Mill Green, ending our ride at Campus West, WGC. Distance is 13 miles.
